jetpack_monkeyI DVR'd Jude off IFC. I didn't do it because I'm a big Thomas Hardy fan (although I do like him) nor did I do it to support the career of director Michael Winterbottom (it's a really good idea, though -- he made 24 Hour Party People). I did it because it stars Christopher Eccleston and he's, well... the Eccleston.
So imagine my surprise when David Tennant shows up for a brief but memorable role, calling out Eccleston on his drunken claims of superior academic knowledge.
That popping sound was my brain.

So far my aversion to the book is winning.
