Couldn't agree more. Gave it two episodes (the same I gave Catherine Tate to change my mind and she did) and bailed. Whenever there's a moment and the Doc's genial mask has to fall off and reveal the bad ass beneath, the moments 9 & 10 excelled at, he comes across as a spoilt brat having a temper tantrum.

The fact he looks like the wimpy one in a boy band is a real help too.

No presence, no chrasima, not great acting either.

She's okay. Better than Rose, not as good as Martha or Donna.
